Lolonis Winery of Redwood Valley
Tryfon Lolonis immigrated from Greece before World War I and began planting vineyards almost immediately. It is a lesser known wine fact, but Greece has some of the most historic and anctral homes of grapes in the entire world. Always a great choice for a wine gift Lolonis has kept organic farming practices in place for some time, led by the use of ladybugs to help control pests. The winery also uses more common methods including natural ground cover, planting other plants as early detection methods (roses are a classic example) and creating perches for birds of prety in the middle of the vineyard to stop rodents. These are enjoyable wines at affordable prices and wines which anyone would be happy to open on a Tuesday evening with friends or family. The Zinfandel has been the stand out in many vintages, garnering a large amount of consumer acceptance and critical acclaim.

I was really bored the other day that I decided to visit my cousin who is about to get married.
